I did not participate myself, but i have read there were quite a lot people protesting, with numbers above thousands everywhere.

Tommorow, Saturday the 25th February are again demonstrations against ACTA.

There is also a petition against ACTA in germany, which you can sign here: https://epetitionen.bundestag.de/index.php?action=petition;sa=details;petition=22697

The interesting thing about these online petitions in germany is that even aliens can sign them (or people from other countries than france)
There are 50,000 signers needed to make the petition somewhat considerable to the german politicians.
