I am unable to link the site thebackupbox to my profile. I am getting "validation error, no valid combination username/email found" but I have entered correct info.

I have the opposite problem.
I am not registered at thebackupbox but when I try to link it it succeeds.

Before I could link to thebackupbox even though I was not registered there.
Now I am registered there but I can no longer link it

EDIT: Do'h, looks like I forgot to add my email to my thebackupbox account.. Works now..
